第1条（総則）

本規約は、ゲストハウスpanipani生口島（以下「当施設」）が提供する宿泊サービスのご利用に関し、宿泊者と当施設との間の権利義務関係を定めるものです。宿泊者は、ご予約をもって本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（宿泊契約の成立）

宿泊契約は、当施設が予約完了メールを送信した時点をもって成立するものとします。

第3条（宿泊料金・お支払い）

宿泊料金は、ご予約時にクレジットカードにより即時決済されるものとします。お客様の口座引き落としの日については、ご契約のカード会社にお問い合わせください。

第4条（キャンセル・変更）

ご予約のキャンセル・変更については、別途定めるキャンセルポリシーに従うものとします。原則、お電話でのキャンセル・変更は承っておりません。

第5条（チェックイン・チェックアウト）

チェックインは16:00〜21:00、チェックアウトは早朝〜10:00とします。21:00以降にご到着の場合は、あらかじめご連絡ください。チェックアウト時間が10:00を超過する場合、1名様1時間ごとに1,000円の追加料金を申し受けます。

第6条（禁止事項）

宿泊者は、当施設のご利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 他の宿泊者や近隣住民に迷惑・危害を及ぼす行為
• 当施設の設備・備品を故意に破損・汚損する行為
• 危険物（火気・爆発物等）の持ち込み
• 無断で第三者を宿泊させる行為

第7条（損害賠償）

宿泊者の故意または過失により当施設の設備・備品等に損害を与えた場合、宿泊者はその損害を賠償するものとします。

第8条（免責事項）

天災、交通機関の乱れその他当施設の責によらない事由により生じた損害について、当施設は責任を負いません。貴重品の管理は宿泊者ご自身の責任で行っていただき、当施設内での紛失・盗難について当施設は責任を負いかねます。

第9条（個人情報の取り扱い）

当施設は、宿泊者の個人情報をプライバシーポリシーに従って適切に取り扱います。

第10条（規約の変更）

当施設は、必要に応じて本規約の内容を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、当施設ウェブサイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

第11条（準拠法）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。

Article 1 (General)

These Terms set out the rights and obligations between guests and Guesthouse panipani Ikuchijima ("we," "us," or "our") regarding the accommodation services we provide. By making a reservation, guests are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Formation of Contract)

The accommodation contract is formed at the time we send the booking confirmation email.

Article 3 (Rates & Payment)

The room rate is charged immediately by credit card at the time of booking. For the exact date your account is debited, please check with your card issuer.

Article 4 (Cancellations & Changes)

Cancellations and changes are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy. As a rule, we cannot accept cancellations or changes by phone.

Article 5 (Check-in & Check-out)

Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00; check-out is anytime from early morning until 10:00. If you'll arrive after 21:00, please contact us in advance. A late check-out fee of ¥1,000 per guest, per hour, applies if you check out after 10:00.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

Guests must not engage in any of the following while using our facility:

• Acts that violate the law or public order and morals
• Acts that disturb or endanger other guests or neighbors
• Intentionally damaging or soiling our facilities or property
• Bringing in hazardous items (fire, explosives, etc.)
• Allowing unregistered third parties to stay without permission

Article 7 (Compensation for Damages)

If a guest causes damage to our facilities or property through intent or negligence, the guest shall compensate us for that damage.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

We are not liable for damages arising from natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other causes beyond our control. Guests are responsible for managing their own valuables; we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft on our premises.

Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

We handle guests' personal information appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)

We may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect once posted on our website.

Article 11 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
